Hunter x Hunter movie spoilers (not really)

1. Gon and Killua star as the ambiguously gay duo.
2. It's a gender-bender, what a twist! not.
3. It figures out a way to make all of the popular characters make appearances.
4. Leorio is useful in a fight...for like 5 seconds.
5. Featuring Mamoru Miyano's beautiful choking noises as his only dialogue.

by the way I'm totally team Kite, so this was probably the best part of the whole movie for me:

Again!! Manga

Imamura Kinichiro has just graduated high school without ever really having talked to anyone or making any friends, and wonders what his life would have been like if he had listened to a certain girl that asked him to join the cheering club (which is different from a cheer-leading squad). While Fujieda Aki is graduating with a boyfriend and a bunch of friends and wishes it would last forever. Their paths cross and in an accident where they both fall off the stairs they are transported to their freshman year for a chance to do it all again. He joins the club only to find out that the captain, the super-strict, manly, total stick in the mud Usami Yoshiko is the only remaining member, so begins the trials of Imamura as he tries to make a change.

I really truly recommend this manga. Imamura is probably my favorite protagonist ever with the way he's so cynical and unmotivated, yet desperately clinging to any chance to make a change in his life, he says things like they are, has no respect for his sempais and looks like a downright delinquent. The characters are all well developed and it's so much fun to watch them interact. The manga kind of reminds me of Chihayafuru in the way that they're trying to save a club from going the way of the dodo bird, and how it takes the time to properly develop each of the main characters, but of course with less shoujo and more dark comedy.

Once more I may have the novelty goggles on and am probably being biased because i like it so much, but i really enjoy it and i think a lot of people out there might too, as it fundamentally raises the question of what you would do if you had a chance to do your high school all over again with the knowledge you have now.

Blood lad 2

Fuyumi and Staz go back to the human world, wackiness ensues as Staz sprays his saliva on everyone to brainwash them. Fuyumi needs some source of power to stay in the human world and an excuse to cue some sort of suggestive scene:

A wacky treasure hunter lady shows up and makes Staz fight an ogre for a tiger print pair of briefs and what do you know? Staz can use Haoshoku Haki.
So obviously Staz wins in one move, and is the winner of the used ogre undies, but as it turns out wacky lady was just asking for them for the hell of it. But since Fuyumi and her are now BFFs, she gives them a lead on how to resurrect Fuyumi, Problem is, that it's in another boss's territory and that boss is Captain Hitsugaya's long lost twin brother.

Magical  Flower Gerbera Pink

and the Sempai's little sister, also a welfare nut. those high school kids are sure crazy huh?

More shenanigans occur with Hasebe being all Italy from Hetalia-like and Lucy's name. Harhar so much fun.
There's really not much to say about this show, it's cute and funny and has no significant plot.

Gin no Saji 1

yessssss you have no idea how long I've been waiting for this!
Hachiken Yugo is a high school freshman who decided to attend an agricultural high school way out in the middle of nowhere for the reason that it had dorms and he didn't want to be home. Every other student is from some sort of farming family an is studying to take over their respective businesses, so it's safe to say Hachiken sticks out like a sore thumb. We follow him on his first days, where he faces the challenges of a completely new environment where he wakes up at some ungodly hour to do manual labor, hangs around cows and chickens and horses and finding out where chickens really come from
hint: from the butt
Ok so I've been reading the manga for a while and as you may or may not know, this manga is by Arakawa Hiromu, who is also the author of Fullmetal Alchemist. Though this is nothing like FMA with the exception of the characteristic art and humor, and I don't know but to me it's kind of refreshing. It's simple and fun and that totally works.

Apparently, Arakawa was raised in a farm and worked there for quite a few years before moving to Tokyo, so that's where this story comes from, and it shows, as she's very savvy on the particulars of farming.

Free! 2

Errghmergerddd you guys. I love this show. I have such a  blast watching it. It's goofy and a little ridiculous and chuck full of fan service that aren't boobs.
In this episode, the guys decide to make their own swim club. For this to happen they need a supervisor, to clean out the pool and a fourth member. As for the supervisor, they get Ama-Chan Sensei since she's probably the only teacher that doesn't hate their guts, oh and she used to work at a swim suit design company. Supervisor, check. Next, they have to return the pool into usable condition and as Nagisa states "there is so much nature!". So they go on a beautiful montage to repair it and bless little Haruka's soul for stripping every time a body of water shows up. Maybe we should all start a drinking game: Drink every time there's a flashback, drink every time Rin has shark teeth, drink every time Haruka tries to get inside a tub, finish your drink whenever Haruka jumps into a pool, a shot if anyone other than him gets naked. Fuck yes, I'm set for next Wednesday. Anyways, pool, check. Now all they need is a fourth member and they are set, unfortunately Nagisa's idea of giving people a years supply of the mascot Iwatobi-chan didn't work, which sucks, cause Haruka already made them all.
I would totally join for like 30 of those
But it's all good, cause Rin's little sister agrees to join as the manager so she can help around and stuff and not at all because she wants to ogle Haruka all day long, and with that, the club is all set to go!

On the other side of town, Rin is being all moody and shark toothed and stuff, we find out to what extent he really is a sore loser.
seriously though, what's with the teeth.

Brother's conflict 2, Genei wo Kakeru Taiyou 1, Makai Ouji: Devils and realist 1

Brother's Conflict 2

-whoever created this show has absolutely no perception of what it's like to have a brother, much less 13. I'd be more inclined to believe a talking squirrel bunny exist than the idea of so many brothers being that civilized, or that house being that clean. My brother used to grow mold in Gatorade bottles and  throw his sweat-drenched shirt in my face when he came back from his jogs. So asking me to believe this is ludicrous and nearly insulting.
-what episode will i get to before punching the screen of my laptop? v watching this show kind of feels like a test of endurance already.
-When is the cross-dresser showing up?
-Ema makes Nanami from UtaPri look like Rosie the Riveter. You could probably punch her in the face and she'd apologize to you.

Genei wo Kakeru Tayou

I am so confused at this show. What parts were dreams? What parts are reality?
Akari is the cheerful child of a deceased fortuneteller and her keepsake is a really cute tarot card set. She lives with her aunt, uncle and weirdly jealous cousin. On the day of the anniversary of her mother's death, Someone randomly put in a scene from a tentacle rape porn, and then the cousin was dead? but nobody cared. Then there was a fire at the house where she reads fortunes as a part time job, which was actually caused by a big old fire monster thing. Akari turns into the sun tarot card which only means she stops having facial expressions and her hair grows longer, and with her sword, fails at slaying the fire beast. But it's all good, cause more expressionless girls show up and own the fire creature, which turns out to be a tarot card. And all i can say about this show is "Huh?' everything went by so fast and randomly I don't really understand what happened.
My guess is that the rape scene was all the negative feelings from the cousin, and eventually the egg in her heart will become dark and be marked with an x, then it will personify, give her an devilish cool costume and wreak havoc until Amu shows up and unlocks her heart!....oh shit, wrong show.
tell me this shit wasn't supposed to look wrong

Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist

William Twining is, as his name indicates,  British as fuck. And as the name of the series indicates, a realist.
He doesn't believe in god, elves, faeries, demons or Santa. All he trusts are formulas and his good looks. Unfortunately for him he suddenly goes bankrupt and all he can keep is the house and his sexy butler Keven Cecil. Well they go looking around his mansion for anything that may be of worth, they stumble upon a mysterious closed door. William breaks through it and coincidentally cuts his hand which coincidentally lands on a devil's seal which summons a sexy devil!
As it turns out, William is a descendant of king Solomon, and now he's gonna elect the next demon king or some shit. He somehow ends up in the demon world being served cake by a goat butler, who is like the only character in this show not meant to be sexy. There's a battle scene with Gilles de Rais. You may remember him as this guy:

but with a very slight alteration, almost nothing:
freaking uncanny

Of course since William is a realist, he didn't believe shit of what went down, and next episode will probably start with him waking up and saying "bloody 'ell, mate that was a right mental dream I 'ad, I 'ad better get me sum tea" or something British like that.

Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui! 1

Kuroki Tomoko is all kinds of ready for high school. She's completely convinced that she's gonna be popular  and have a boyfriend because she already lived like 50 years in otome- games and talked to(or grunted at) boys 6 whole times in middle school. But to nobody's surprise but her's two months have suddenly passed and not one person has spoken to her. And so begins the saga of a young girl trying to survive the horror of high school.
You know the type, those pale, clammy, quiet kids that only mumble and look down when you address them, and once you finally get to talk to them they hit you with the weirdest most inarticulate probably-made-sense-in-their-head word bombs about the KotetsuxBarnaby doujinshi they're in the middle of creating. I've met that kid, hell, I've been that kid.
All in all I'm rooting for Tomoko, I wanna be her friend, I want her to triumph over evil. I can relate to her on some level and I hope this show isn't just a slice of life showing the daily misfortunes of this poor, antisocial soul but that there's some character development, cause I honestly don't know how much I can laugh at a girl who's a painfully realistic example of what  a lot if kids got through in high school. Having said that there's some moments that are actually really funny and I think the exchanges with her brother are pure gold.

Danganronpa, Uchoten Kazoku, Blood Lad Episodes 1

Denganronpa

In a school where the best of the best go to, normal student Makoto Naegi has been chosen to assist cause he won a raffle or something, which we already know is a dumb idea. Well on the day of the opening ceremony, they get trapped inside the school with a sadistic stuffed bear who says in order to get out they're gonna have to kill someone. May the odds be ever in their favor.

as much of a lovely bunch as these guys look, I'll just stick to Mirai Nikki to get my children killing children fix, I'm not interested in what happens to any of them. That is all.

Uchoten Kazoku

This story centers around a tanuki (or raccoon deity) who likes to use his shapeshifting skills to cross dress into a school girl. Tanuki is the student of an old Tengu who can no longer fly due to an incident involving another student of his, Benten. There's lots of unanswered questions in this episode but the key things are these.
Tanuki has a deep dislike for Benten., the master may have romantic feelings for her and there's an important election coming up.
The show is weird and intriguing and fun so I'll stick around.

Blood lad
Staz is a modern day vampire he's also the boss of some territory in the demon world. He's also an otaku, so when a human (and a girl, and Japanese no less) somehow ends up on his turf he's super stoked. Sadly, he lets his human die and she becomes a ghost, which makes her a lot less interesting. But not to worry he'll find a way to bring her back to life, after he finishes this volume of dragon ball....

Stella Jogakuin Koutou-ka c3 bu, Kitabu Katsudou Kiroku, Servant x Service

What do these three series have in common? they all have some cute as bunnies character with a cowlick that moves according their mood.

Stella Jogakuin Kotou- ka C3
Yamato Yura has just entered Stella academy and is having trouble making friends, While the mock battle club is having trouble recruiting new members. Coincidentally, Yura's roomie is part of the club and through a series of cake-induced shenanigans, she's dragged into participating in a shooting game which made me wish my high school had one of those clubs. Our heroine is mesmerized  by how Rambo-ey they look and I think she will join the club. I think this one's gonna be pretty good, the shooting scenes were exciting and the characters fun, I also think the whole shooting club idea is way cool than the going home club idea below so I'm looking forward to it :D here's a visual aid of how my watching experience went:

 First I was like this:

Then I was like wowwww

Kitabu Katsudou Kiroku
A show about nothing at all really. Nattsun is a high school freshman who plans on joining the going home club and as all you savvy people know that just means that she's gonna go home after school and do nothing. To her surprise though, there is an actual going home club, which is full of wacko's like any decent club in any decent anime is. They wrestle evil bear organizations and buy whole stationery shop when they need an eraser. There's all kinds of fun super ridiculous gags and Nattsun tsukkomi powers are nothing to be taken lightly. All in all, it's one of those school youth nonsense shows and it's fun enough but nothing exceptional.
Oh and there's lots of seals and manatees all over all randomly.

Servant x Sevice
is a slice-of-life show about the on-goings of the employees of a welfare center( i think it's called). It starts off with three new employees.
One of them is trying to get her revenge on the person that approved of her name being Lucy Kimiko Akie Airi Shiori Rinne Yoshiho Ayano Tomika Chitose Sanae Mikiko Ichika...Another one is a lazy dude who only shows up for the breaks and to get women's email addresses, and a normal nice one who's gonna have to deal with all the crazy. It seems like a lovely little show, the characters are likable and I totally ship Hasebe and Lucy hahaha......

Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi, Brother's Conflict, Free! episodes 1

Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi

Ok the setting of this one is a faantasy-ish world where God has said "fuck ya'll, I'm dippin'. There's no more space in heaven or hell, so knock yourselves out" resulting in people not dying unless they are buried by grave-keepers and their ornamental shovels.
In this first episode we meet Ai, the cute as a button, cheerful daughter of the village's grave-keeper. Since her mother just passed away she's grave-keeper from now on, and so she digs the 47 graves of all the people in the village in like two days
Child exploitation has never been cuter.
which is totally foreshadowing cause a silver haired sexy-man shows up and kills them all, for no apparent reason, makes Ai bury them, then tells her she's not a grave-keeper and he's not her father and that she sucks at life. So, bummer. for now I'm on board, to see where it goes from here.

Brother's Conflict

16 year old Ema moves into a new house after her father remarries, with her talking squirrel, Juli.
The difference is that she moves into a house with enough brother's to easily make a soccer team with water boy, technical director and fanclub included. And most of them probably have the hots for her.The brothers range from like 30 to 6 and are all beautiful, with awesome clothes and hair.
This all seems like the usual reverse harem story where we explore the boys and their feeling and their relationships with each other, like UtaPri, Amnesia and Arcana Famiglia beore it. also like these series, it seems to be based on a video game. So i guess we'll see, though I predict I'll get to like the third or fourth episode before completely forgetting about this show.

Free!

Haruka loves swimming, he loves swimming so much that when it's too cold to swim in the ocean he sits in his bathtub all day. He loves swimming so much he wears his swimming suit around as underwear. Even though he loves swimming he's given up competing and there isn't even a swim team in his school. He spends his days being all indifferent and cool to his childhood friends Makoto and Nagisa. After hearing that the rec center (type place) they used to attend is going to be torn down, they decide to go in and dig up a trophy they won back in the day, they get there only to find that DUN DUN DUUUUN! their other childhood friend Rin has come back from Australia all assholey and whatnot and attending a school with a kick-ass swim team. So the gang goes to visit him at his new school and he act all assholey and Haru and him are gonna have a race in the next episode.

This is good! I'm so surprised at how much I like this show. I don't know if it's just the fangirl googles but I'm in love. There's not only tons and tons of beautiful fan-service , but also what looks like will be a really good story, so I'm looking forward to it :D

and OMG did you see the ending theme? it was so cool!

Hataraku Maou Sama! 10

So I've pretty much realized by now that  I'm super biased against anyone and anything that stands in Maou and Ashiya's way. This episode had it all, girls in swimming suits, horror houses, lizards, a tittie-loving monkey ironically named Sadao and demon powers used for the good of mankind.
I must say that the horror house almost made me shit myself and I wasn't even in it.
I still don't have a clear idea what Suzumu is doing in the show but whatevs, it's Moe I suppose.
I hate whoever decided Ashiya should be sick, poor guy it's like, the third episode he has the runs in :(

Shingeki no Kyojin 11-12

Episode 11
So where we left off, Eren is about to prove his worthiness as a super secret weapon and move a rock to cover up a hole in the wall, thus preventing any more titans form entering Trost. Armin shows us his awesome strategist powers and Eren yells at Mikasa that he's not his kid or his little brother, so she should fuck off (again).  The world best marathon runner tell Eren that a bunch of people will die for his sake today, and to get his head out of his ass.
Did you watch her not even catch her breath once? that was impressive.

The mission has starts and Eren turns on his titan prism power, roars, and tries to punch Mikasa in the face, for trying to act like the boss of him, presumably.

also the most handsome titan so far in the series appears.

Episode 12

Eren punches himself in the face and then takes a little nap at the worst moment possible, so not his best episode.

Mikasa shows she'll cut a bitch who fucks with her man. Armin tells Eren to get his head out of his ass. My favorite character Jean is stuck between a rock and a hard place when his little double razor swords break. But he won't die, cause he's got good karma points for saving bald fellow.
I hope.....
